SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
! AS WE RE-ARRANGE OUR WAREHOUSE SITUATION AT THE MOMENT, WE DO NOT SHIP ANYWHERE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE !
Normally we only ship to Europe, Switzerland and the US and deliveries to these countries are FREE OF CHARGE.
All our goods are shipped with Standard Service and are aimed to be delivered within 2-5 days depending on your destination. Please get in contact if you have shipping questions about your particular country.
Delivery days are considered working days. Please note that these delivery times are provided only as a guideline and do not take into consideration possible delays caused by payment authorization or any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Our goal, in accordance with our Logistical Partner, is to prepare your order within 24 hrs. from the time your order is received. Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes, duties and other fees are taken care of by us. You will not have to pay extra charges.
Please remember that these fees are not the same as the shipping fee. In case of a return we remind you that taxes and duties as well as other handling costs that the shipping company may charge us for your return are not refundable. We will deduct these costs from your refund amount.
Tracking Deliveries
At the moment we do not offer tracking services for your shipping, however there will be a delivery notification once the order is dispatched.
Our logistics partners deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours. Pre-booking delivery times is not possible.
Should the parcel not be deliverable for whatever reason it will be returned to our warehouse without a refund to the customer.
